Helmuth had worked as consultant and Trusted Advisor for more than 25 years for multinational companies with a focus in High Tech & Manufacturing as well as in Financial Services Industry. His expertise covers all relevant C-level and Board topics related to Talent- and Remuneration challenges. Based on his long experience as a consultant and business leader he regularly works for Remuneration Committes and gives advise to Senior Executives, Board of Directors with the goal to align shareholder and management interests.

In his projects he is taking local and international market practice into consideration, including legal and regulatory requirements for Board- and Executive Pay. He is often hired for the design and introduction of equity based incentive plans for top management as well as the implementation of performance based bonus plans.


In  the last couple of years he also puts a major focus on the design of long term equity based incentive plans during corporate transaction situations, such as Spin Offs, Mergers & Aquisition and IPOs. It requires a deep understanding of investors and capital market interests and capability to balance diverging situations between corporate or investors interests and those of the target group.
